We are now searching for the next CEO Trainee of Dustin Group. The position is a unique opportunity to work closely with Dustin’s CEO Thomas Ekman for one year, where you will contribute and partake in exciting projects and initiatives moving Dustin further on our strategic journey. As a CEO Trainee, you will gain valuable insights on how a growing listed company is managed and learn about decision making on the highest level.
As a CEO Trainee, your will get challenging and varied tasks where you take on much responsibility from day one. The role involves close collaboration with the CEO and Group Leadership Team, contact with the Board of Directors and participation in various processes and projects across Dustin. This will enable you to be part of the company’s annual cycle both operationally and strategically, and to build a broad network of contacts in the Nordics and the Netherlands. - The program starts in August 2021 and ends in July 2022.
- You will be offered a permanent employment after the probationary period.
- You will have your own mentor in one of the former trainees which will guide you through the system of Dustin in the best possible way.
- You will work internationally with frequent contact with our offices around our footprint in the Nordics and the Netherlands.

Who are you?
We are looking for you that have a master’s degree in Economy, Business, Marketing, Engineering or Technology and 0 - 2 years of post-graduate experience. You are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. Previous leadership experiences and / or extracurricular activities are meritorious.
For you to be successful in this role you need high ambitions, strong integrity and excellent analytical skills. You are curious, result oriented and not afraid of taking your own initiatives. You are dedicated, structured and like to take on responsibility in order to move things forward. And most of all, you have strong social and collaborative skills. We win as a team! The selection process is challenging and starts with ability tests until week 6, to select candidates in an unbiased way. Thereafter, we will invite you to a phone interview during week 6-7. The process will then continue with a personality test during week 7-8 followed by a fun and demanding assessment day during week 10 where we will have the possibility to get to know each other better. You will then be invited to the final interview with our CEO, CFO, CEO Assistant and the former CEO Trainee during week 12.
