We are now searching for Dustin Group’s next CIO Trainee. The position is a unique opportunity to get a broad understanding of both IT & Digitalisation in a growing e-commerce IT company for one year. You will gain valuable insights in how to drive and pursue business opportunities from a tech point of view in a constantly changing environment.
In this position you will be given the opportunity to work closely with Dustin’s CIO Alexandra Fürst for one year. The work also involves close collaboration with the whole management team for IT & Digitalisation at Dustin. This allows you to be a part of the company’s strategic, tactical and operational decisions through an annual cycle. As the CIO trainee you will get challenging and varied tasks along with a broad network of contacts while working in various Dustin projects related to IT & Digitalisation throughout the Nordics and the Netherlands. - The programme starts in September 2021 and ends in August 2022
- The programme will include 4-6 rotations on different assignments within IT & Digitalisation.
- You will be offered a permanent employment after the probation period.
- You will have your own mentor, and it will be one of the former trainees which will guide you through the system of Dustin the best possible way.
- You will work internationally with frequent contact with our offices outside Sweden.

Who are you?
We are looking for exceptional individuals eager to learn and curious in what digitalisation can do for Dustin. Probably you have a degree in Tech, Science, Engineering or Business, and up to two years of work life experience. You are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. Previous leadership experiences and / or extracurricular activities are meritorious. You have a great drive, a “can do” mindset, are self-motivated and have high ambitions to develop. You are result oriented and love to take your own initiatives. And most of all, you have strong social and collaborative skills. We win as a team! The selection process is challenging and starts with ability tests until week 6, to select candidates in an unbiased way. Thereafter, we will invite you to a phone interview during week 6-7. The process will then continue with a personality test during week 7-8 followed by a fun and demanding assessment day during week 10 where we will have the possibility to get to know each other better. Here you will be able to meet several members of the IT & Digitalisation Management team such as the CIO Alexandra Fürst, Head of Development Eric Markström, Innovation & Digitalisation Lead Sofia Tapper and the former CIO Trainee Oscar Hubertsson. After the assessment day you will be invited to the final interview with our CIO Alexandra Fürst during week 12. Once this is complete, we will assess the different candidates and hopefully you will join us as the newest addition to our team.
