My name is Daniella Szalai and I’m responsible for the Nordic Incident & Dispatch team and is recruiting for this role.
I run a committed and hungry team that work with service across all borders, both towards customers and colleagues. At Dustin, we constantly challenge each other to be able to develop together both as individuals and teams. We are the face to the outside world and contribute daily to Dustin's efforts to be our customers' first choice and set the standard for efficient IT.
The tasks include
- Dispatching and escalation of tickets
- Case management according to ITIL
- Quality assurance and documentation
- SLA follow up
- Incident Management handling
- Problem Management handling
- Fluent in English and one Nordic language in both speech and writing
- Technical background
- Danish speaking
- ITIL certified
- Experience from Service Desk work
