We are currently looking for the next Coaching Leader to one of our Back Office Teams.

In the role as Coaching Leader at Dustin you will be responsible for leading a team by cultivating direction, aligning people, motivate and inspire. Equally important you will manage planning and decisions, organizing and staffing, controlling and problem solving. You will be part of an open and engaged team placed in the Nordics.
You don´t necessarily need to have experience as a leader within IT to succeed in this role. What we see as equally important is your ability to be the go-to person for the team, different stakeholders and understand the needs to be able to lead the team in the right direction.
The recruiting manager for this role is our Head of Back Office & RMA, Tom Hansen Rönning. His leadership can be described as transparent, straight forward and with freedom under responsibility. What you’ll do:
As a leader at Dustin, we wish to see that you put the team first. We expect you to schedule weekly team meetings wherein you set up the agenda as well as delegate the tasks. Since we are 17 persons in the Back Office team today, it is important to have structure and processes for the daily work. As a leader, you are also responsible for the development and competence training within the team.
This is not an operational role; meaning that your responsibility is to handle questions on a higher level. You will, therefore, also be a part of the management team that works with this continuously.
You are expected to build a close relationship with our stakeholders to identify and understand needs as well as to update them about progress and outcome. Based on our customer and business needs, you create a vision for the customer journey on our websites. You are an ambassador for agile methodology and create a hypothesis and data-driven approach within Dustin.
To be successful in this role you have:
