As a member of the Operations Center, you will monitor, coordinate, troubleshoot and resolve incoming alarms from customers' servers and other equipment that is monitored around the clock with monitoring tools. This within the current SLA to high quality and according to the delivery organization's set goals. An important part of the work is also to handle incoming calls from customers who have problems.
In this role, you will work shifts on a rolling schedule that you internally in the team share between you so that it is always staffed around the clock. It is possible to work from home, but for some time you will be in the office for training. Our office is located at Augustendalsvägen 7, Nacka Strand.
You have experience in service and support activities. You probably have a relevant education in the field or equivalent work experience in a similar role. The role requires that you like relations and communications, with and have a good technical understanding and good knowledge of both Swedish and English. You need to have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft's operating system, Office 365, its an extra plus if you have knowledge or experience with Azure.
