In this role you will be a part of a team consisting of four Data Engineers. We have many contacts within the organization and we often work together in pairs. We are a tight team that shares the interest in learning new techniques as well as knowledge sharing.

What you do
In your role as Data Engineer, you will be a part of the team that is responsible for having the right information, which ensures the quality and delivery of data to effectively make it available to others within Dustin's organization. Your overall goal is to build a strong and reliable ground for the data that supports both our Data Scientists and the BI team's analysis and business reporting. You will build, maintain and improve applications in Azure as well as migrating on-prem solutions to Azure. Together with the team, you will develop and maintain technical solutions around machine learning algorithms in Python. You will also integrate data sources with Azure DataLake Gen2 and provide data and analytics through Databricks and PowerBI.
We believe that you feel comfortable in taking initiatives since you will lead smaller technical tasks and projects internally. Therefore, we also like to see that you are open-minded and like to work with customers, users and other stakeholders. It is important that you are curious about new technologies, ways of working and how we can create business value from technology.
What you have
- 2+ years of work experience from a similar role
- Programming skills in SQL and Python
- Knowledge in CI / CD is meritorious
- Knowledge in GCP / AWS is meritorious
- Fluent English in speech and writing
