In the role as Customer Enablement Team Manager, you lead, engage and motivate a team of 15 Service Delivery Managers and Onboarding Project Managers. You ensure quality of service, have responsibility for the department’s performance and co-operate very closely with sales and customers. Customer Enablement being a Nordic organization, we expect an ambition in you to optimize Dustin businesses and drive scalability across the countries and different roles.

About the position
As Team Manager, you are responsible for knowing the customer journey and improving Dustin’s customer satisfaction when it comes to Customer Enablement roles and processes. You spend your operative focus on building and motivating your team through regular and constructive feedback, planning and leading the team meetings. Together with your team, you set clear goals for the team and individuals based on the overall department goals and KPIs; ensuring that your teams goals are in line with the departments strategic goals. To succeed as Team Manager, you need to be capable of driving improvement areas and building business cases to support resourcing and investments. You need to have a strategic mindset, be structured and understand the importance of implementing processes and new ways of working together with the team. At Dustin, we believe in "Win as a team". In this role, you will be part of and get to drive Nordic collaboration and share best practice with colleagues.
