As a Key Account Manager, you will be part of a committed team whose mission is to position Dustin to be an IT partner. In this role, you will have a customer portfolio consisting of Dustin's larger customers. To help you, you have one of the industry's strongest brands and specialists to drive and support in the sales process. The team consists of 15 Key Account Managers, located at Nacka Strand. Together, you are responsible for proactively processing existing customers in the corporate sector.

About the position
As part of the team, you are expected to run your own business with a strong focus on finding new business. Achieving success, therefore, requires a broad and close collaboration with other stakeholders. In the role, you work solution-oriented with great personal responsibility for your own and the team's success. You will work strategically with both existing and the new customers who have more than 500 employees. You have budget and overall responsibility for your customers as well as a responsibility to ensure profitability by developing the business within Dustin's product portfolio.
You are accustomed to conducting a business dialogue in both Swedish and English at a high level (CXO) in both local and international companies and groups. In order for the team to achieve its goals, you are expected to have a business-like approach by focusing on costs, revenues, profits and markets. Undoubtedly, the necessary administrative tasks are included in the role and it is up to you to carry them out as efficiently as possible.
You plan most of your weeks yourself, while at the same time relating to the internal initiatives of which you are a part in various ways. The team starts on Mondays with a joint meeting where we look both backwards and forwards. At times, partners and manufacturers come to present news to us.
