Nordic Tender Desk works specifically with the largest customers and covers the areas of tender qualification and proposal management, data collection and analytics to support tendering and development.
The Tender Manager is responsible for identifying and analysing the opportunities in the local market that suit Dustin capabilities and our strategy. You lead the qualification phase and summon experts from the organization to secure a successful selection of tenders we continue to work with within the team. In addition, you can support your colleagues in the proposal phase when needed. You will be working from our Stockholm Nacka Strand office together with other Tender Managers and reporting to the Nordic Team manager, Päivi Ellonen, in Finland.

About the position
Our new Tender Manager will work closely with sales and other stakeholders in Dustin. The work days will vary, and your main responsibility is to qualify the tenders in the market. You will have good opportunities to learn and read up on customer requirements from all tender documents and become an internal ambassador to secure an efficient process for tender qualifications.
You will join the Nordic Team and be given the autonomy to develop roles and processes by attending workshops and other activities.

What you bring
- 3 - 5 year's experience from the IT industry
- Experience from a similar role, or within sales or tendering
- A bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in L3 level
- Good written and spoken English and Swedish
- APMP certification is a merit
