As our PMO and Portfolio Manager, you will join our Business Development Nordic team and drive our project portfolio to the next level. About the position

You will be responsible for driving our PMO framework forward for successful project management and execution of projects. This is a great opportunity to create a wide network, as you ensure full overview of the project portfolio regarding scope, time plan and costs in close collaboration with our project leaders throughout the Dustin group. You will ensure cross-functional resource planning and performance reporting on all projects in a large organization, that strives to be on the forefront. This also means, you are given many opportunities for development professionally and personally, when you organize, lead, and develop project management methods and tools to enable project managers and project owners their projects a success.

This is a great opportunity for you to put your excellent communication and project management skills into practice, as you drive our PMO and portfolio forward. We believe in winning as a team, so you will work closely with multiple stakeholders and find trust and support from your team and your manager, Director Business Development, Filippa Reima.

What you bring

We want to make sure we hire the right person, who will feel successful in this role. Therefore, we are looking for you, who have:

• A master’s degree in Business
• Extensive experience from a company where you have been working with projects, portfolio and change management
• Experience in leading change in an agile environment, and excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools
• Experience with Capex, Innovation, and tech projects

• Excellent KPI and report skills
• Great communication and presentation skills
