We are now looking for a Customer Experience Program Specialist Benelux to join the Customer Experience Group at Dustin. The group belongs to the Channels & Experience team with total 25 team members from different countries. The customer experience is an important focus in everything we do, and you will be part of a team that works hard to make that experience the best it can be. Our mission is to drive and develop profitable relationships with our customers in order to grow. We do that based on customer insights and by constantly optimizing the customer experience and the communication towards existing and new customers throughout the customer journey.
Hiring manager for the position is Tanja Adell, Group Manager Customer Experience at Dustin. Her leadership can be described as transparent and straight forward where freedom with responsibility is key. The team work together, grow together and with mutual trust and respect for each other.

About the position
We work with a Voice of customer program tracking and monitoring the customers experiences in the different customer journeys. We use the customer experience data trough different customer KPI’s as NPS, CES and GA in combination with operational data as an important tool to draw customer insights from. As Customer Experience Program Specialist Benelux, you are responsible for the operational part of that work in the Benelux region. You drive cross-functional work-processes and initiatives within the area. You regularly evaluated the programs feedback sources to make sure that they serve their purpose and are up to date with the organizations needs and expectations. You gather the experience-data, draw insights from it and create reports for different parts of the organization. In collaboration with stakeholders from different business areas you identify needed initiatives to improve the customer experience and assure focus, progress and delivery. You will be a superuser in our Voice of customer program and help colleagues in the region to use and understand the feedback, and you collect requests for development or adjustments. You are also expected to contribute with recommendations of improvements that is aligned with the overall company strategy.

What you bring
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position where you have worked with customer journeys and customer insights on an operational and tactical level
- Proven track record of working with voice of customer programs and close the loop way of working
- Fluency in English and either Dutch (preferably) or French, both written and spoken is a must
- Analytical - can analyse and visualize data in an accurate manner
- Experience presenting collected data towards different business areas
- Great knowledge of the whole Office-package
- Fluency in English and either Dutch or French, both written and spoken is a must
- A Bachelor’s degree within Marketing- and Communications or within a relevant field is merited
