About the Role

We are looking for a Team Lead for the Cloud Team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Cloud Engineers and Architects to design, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions to meet the business requirements and needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the team, including resource allocation, task assignment, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing and will be able to lead the team in designing and implementing high-quality cloud solutions.

The team lead also head up the Dustin Cloud Forum and Cloud Coffee community. Where together with the Enterprise Architecture Team are working both on the strategy level and tactical level to make sure that Dustin implements a scalable and flexible cloud platform.

A focus for the Cloud community is to allow Product Owners and key stakeholder the ability to identifying new needs & usage patterns and from that evolve the cloud architecture, launch new capabilities, optimize standardize and automate. All with the goal to support our development teams to become autonomous and be self-organized and self-managed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Cloud Engineers and Architects in the design, implementation, and management of cloud-based solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the team, including task assignment, resource allocation, and performance management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and share knowledge with the team.
• Identify areas for improvement in the team's processes and practices and implement changes as needed.

What you bring

To be successful in this role, we believe you have the following:

• Experience from leading a Cloud Center of Excellence or equal role in cloud adoption
• At least 5 years of experience in cloud computing, with a strong background in designing and implementing cloud solutions
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
• Deep understanding of Cloud infrastructure and services, networking, FinOps, security and identity management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with developers, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
