As Quality Responsible at Dustin, you will be responsible for improving and developing our management system, to ensure customer satisfaction and internal efficiency. Dustin is in the middle of a big integration to align the Nordic and the Benelux regions and create One Dustin. We do this to ensure a harmonized way of working for Dustin and to ensure that we are compliant with our standards and frameworks within Dustin.
Hiring manager for this position is Emma Oddestad, Head of Compliance at Dustin. For her as a leader it is important to give freedom under responsibility to the team and create an environment where the individual gets the opportunity to shine. She is there to support when needed and promotes collaboration within the team.

About the position
The team consists of four committed team members that together are responsible for different areas of compliance, which contains of quality, sustainability, and information security. As part of the Compliance team, you play a key role in transforming our integrated managed systems into one. Together with your team you will be responsible for Dustin’s management system.
- We work together to drive our team, and Dustin, forward. We want you to grow with us through your responsibilities, which includes:
- Implementing and maintaining certifications and other relevant standards for Dustin’s integrated management system
- Ensure that, as appropriate for purposes of creating business efficiency, standards and ways of working are harmonised across all Dustin entities
- Plan, coordinate, and perform internal and external audits and coordinate the work with managing identified deviations and improvement suggestions

What you bring
- A couple years of experience from a similar role, where you have worked with building & implementing management systems and standards
- Experience working with ISO 9001 and ISO 14 001 certifications
- A bachelor’s degree within a relevant area
- Great communication and presentation skills
- This job requires you to be able to speak, read and write English comfortably on a professional level
- Speaking and reading any of the Nordic languages is merited
