As an AV Architect, you will play an important role in the team's mission to deliver the right AV solutions to our customers. We think you have good experience with designing AV setups and are a curious person who wants to grow. Apart from creating the AV architecture, you support colleagues with expertise and knowledge. Some of the products you will get to work with are; Crestron, QSC, Biamp, Dante, AVoverIP, Microsoft Teams Room, Zoom Room, LED walls and pro screens.

About the position
In the role as AV architect, you build AV solutions for Dustin’s customers to fulfill their individual needs. In order to succeed in this role, you must be able to consider many factors at the same time to create complex yet functional designs. You play an essential role in the team since your system drawings are the base that our programmers and technicians emanate from. The sales teams and you will also closely collaborate since you are the expert in this area and will support them with solutions or recommendations. You also participate in projects where your knowledge is needed, for example to evaluate and develop solutions and documentation.

Within the team, you find team spirit, collaboration, and long and wide competence. You will get the opportunity to grow with the team and develop your competencies. This position offers versatile weeks where you mix designing AV solutions, supporting colleagues, and taking part in internal meetings. You will also be working for the AV team's order management system by reviewing orders coming into the system on a daily basis. You will be participating in projects which sometimes include going out to meet with customers.

What you bring

• Experience in designing AV systems (Crestron, QSC, or similar)
• An understanding of AV over IP solutions
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Driving license

Meritorious to have: Experience working with D-tools or equivalent programs (AutoCAD or Microsoft Visio)
