As our new bid manager, you will get the autonomy to lead some of our largest tenders to achieve high-quality and win proposals. You will join the Swedish team in Business Enablement in Nacka Strand. Together you are responsible for tender qualification, proposal management, and data collection and analytics while working in the centre of a cross-organisational team.
Hi, my name is Per Alsmo. I am the operational manager of the team and have long experience with bid management. My focus is on building One Dustin, and I would describe my leadership as clear and direct with a focus on motivating and developing the team.
What does a Bid Manager do at Dustin?
You drive the bid management and summon experts from the organization to secure a successful tender process. You will become an internal ambassador to secure an efficient process for tenders when you collaborate with your team, our sales teams, and vendors.
Managing all phases in the tender process to success
Actively encouraging and networking with stakeholders to find solutions to meet customer requirements
Drawing up action plans (analysis of opportunities, risks, determination of strategy)
Suggesting improvements and activities which aim to drive increased profitability, efficiency, improvements and alignment with customer expectations
Maintaining proper structure and accessibility regarding documentation
