- Take ownership of the B2C segment at a group level. Lead the implementation of strategies for annual B2C goals, including customer acquisition, net sales, and profit.

Your role and influence as Commercial Manager B2C
Overall responsibility:
You are the go-to person and expert in B2C at Dustin. Work cross-functionally to understand the full picture of the business across departments and product categories. From this position, you will be best suited to point out the direction of the B2C business and lead us there. Act as the project lead for large-scale B2C campaigns such as Black Week.
Business Development:
Identify business development opportunities throughout the customer journey and understand which will generate the highest return for Dustin. Lead the implementation of the projects you find to be most important.
Collaboration:
Represent B2C in the annual budget process, set annual business plans, and work cross-functionally to implement these plans throughout the year. Ensure that the B2C plan aligns with other internal planning and optimizes synergies between B2C and B2B. Join a virtual category team, contributing from a broader B2C perspective and gaining an understanding of vendor- and product perspectives.

What you bring
To be successful in this role, we believe you have the following.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience working in a similar role or within management consulting
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience from deriving insights from data
- Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language, both written and spoken
- Experience from e-commerce or B2C is merited.
