Your role and influence as a Business Developer with focus on enabling sales:
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and implementing standardized sales processes and digital tools to generate more sales in a European environment. You have a talent for identifying and addressing challenges that contributes to refining work processes and tools, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will represent Sales in IT projects, to secure enhanced overall sales efficiency. In order to be successful, you will have a tight collaboration with an engaged and driven sales leadership team and other stakeholders.
Core Activities
Some of your most important tasks are:
- Leading the development of sales processes.
- Implementing digital tools for visibility and timesaving.
- Improving account planning capabilities.
- Being part of cross-functional projects
Who we need
We see you as a team player with a commercial mindset. Skilled project manager at handling multiple projects with precision. A curious person who takes a data-driven approach towards problems and are a good communicator.
In addition, it is important that you have:
- Master's degree in Business or Engineering
- Business fluency in English is required
- 2+ years of experience in business development/management consulting or other relevant experience such as sales enablement, growth enablement, business process management (close to sales).
- Previous experience from team- and/or project management.
- Previous experience working within B2B sales and/or digital sales tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) is a merit.
