The Hiring Manager for this role is Erik Markusson, Sales Director, Public SE. As the hiring manager, he is on a mission to welcome a new team member who will be instrumental in propelling our growth forward.
Your role & influence as Bid Manager
You will be given responsibility of taking ownership of tenders together with our sales team. You will be leading and coordinating on the tenders. You will be tasked with developing and enhancing our procedures for managing bids and tenders, playing a pivotal role in optimizing our sales processes. Additionally, your input and efforts will directly influence Dustin's overarching sales growth and strategic planning.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you will contribute to our continued success. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments across the organization, such as Sales and Operations, ensuring seamless collaboration to achieve our goals.
Core activities: Qualify incoming tenders, analyze their suitability and strategic fit within our capabilities.
Implement strategies to increase our win rate, including refining bid processes and tailoring proposals to client needs.

This is what we imagine you bring
We envision you as a curious and driven individual who possesses a keen understanding of tendering processes, sales dynamics, and Excel proficiency, coupled with a structured approach and hands-on experience navigating public tenders, bids, and agreements in Sweden.
You should also possess a track record of effectively coordinating processes among stakeholders, a strong grasp of public tender management principles, a keen eagerness to learn and grow within the role. In addition, we expect you to bring proficiency in both Swedish and English to evaluate and craft high-quality tenders.
Additionally, it'll be nice to have:
- Experience with Tendsign, LOU, framework agreements.
