Your Role as a Procurement Specialist
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our procurement processes, inventory levels and ensuring the best value in supplier, vendor and our stock keeping contracts, and maintaining high-quality standards across our product and service offering.
Collaboration:
You will offer top-tier procurement support and expertise to internal stakeholders. You will work closely with your team members as well as departments such as Sales, Operations, Business Enablement and Finance to ensure that procurement strategies align with company objectives.
Core Activities:
- Be a part of a team that has the customer in focus and play a crucial role in sourcing and maintaining our customers buffer stock.
- Working closely with our largest customers to understand and forecast their procurement needs
- Take the lead in developing and implementing initiatives that contribute to balance our inventory levels
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous deals.
- Negotiate Stockkeeping Agreements for our largest customers.
- Conducting market analysis to identify trend opportunities and risks.
- Manage supplier and customer relationships, evaluating performance and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely procurement of products and services.
What We Hope You Bring

It's also important that you have:
- Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, with 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A keen interest in sustainability and sustainable procurement practices is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform procurement strategies.
This is a full-time position with working hours from 08:00 – 17:00.
