Your role & influence as a Business Controller
Responsibility: You will be responsible for Monthly Reporting, Forecasts, Budget, driving financial projects and business cases, and continuously developing financial insights and reporting.
Collaboration: You'll work closely with your immediate team members and the Marketing & Communication Leadership Team, fostering collaboration across the company and directly towards parts of Dustin Leadership Team.
Core activities:
- Financial planning & follow-up: Develop and oversee financial plans, tracking profitability and analyzing variances to optimize performance.
- Business Partnering: Close collaboration with the Marketing, Communication & Sustainability department, providing financial insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Continuous improvement: Actively contributing to increase efficiency and improvements of way of working within the Business Control team.

Additionally, it's important that:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Economics or equivalent
- You have a solid understanding of the business perspective of finance
- You are proficient in explaining complex information to top management
- You posses a strong skill set in Microsoft Office
