Your role & influence as Director Digital Strategy and Innovation

Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for leading the Enterprise Architecture team, defining and executing a cohesive architecture strategy, including AI initiatives, that aligns IT solutions with business objectives while fostering collaboration across stakeholders and driving innovation throughout the organisation.

Collaboration: Together with your team, you will be responsible for driving Dustin's digital strategy by ensuring IT solutions align with business objectives and support the achievement of strategic goals. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments like CISO, Business, and the rest of IT.

Core activities: 

• Define and oversee the Enterprise Architecture and AI strategy, including setting standards and guiding principles to ensure alignment with Group objectives and driving the organisation toward a unified IT landscape.
• Lead and mentor a team of architects, ensuring that IT solutions align with business goals, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.
• Establish and maintain governance processes and standards for IT solution quality, while evaluating emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation and maintain the Enterprise Architecture vision.

We envision you as a curious and driven individual who thrives on leading complex IT initiatives, with senior experience in a leading similar role or extensive senior experience in Enterprise Architecture, a strong track record of delivering large-scale IT solutions, and expertise in both legacy systems and new digital concepts. You are adept at managing diverse teams, navigating outsourced environments, and excel in communication, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a collaborative, innovative work culture.

Additionally, it'll be nice if you bring:

• Experience with security and regulatory environments or the business side.
• Expertise in various IT methodologies, frameworks, and standards
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
