As an Executive Management Trainee at Dustin, you will have a unique opportunity to get a broad understanding of how to drive business on an international level within a listed IT Partner, in a constantly changing environment. You will contribute and take part in exciting projects and initiatives moving Dustin further on our strategic journey in becoming one of the largest IT partners in Europe.

From day one, you will get hands-on experience and take on meaningful responsibilities by actively contributing to improving our ways of working and achieving results. You will learn and grow alongside our Executive Leadership Team, leaders and colleagues across Europe who are eager to support you. As you grow, we grow! This trainee-year will kick-start your career by providing you with unique knowledge and allowing you to build a diverse network of colleagues and excel as a young professional.

You will have unique opportunities to get to work closely with our Executive Leadership Team and develop within areas such as Marketing, Strategy, Sales, Operations, and HR.

• The program starts in August 2025 and runs for 12 months
• You will be based in Stockholm but work internationally with frequent contact with our offices in the Nordics and the Benelux

About you

This is what we imagine you bring

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Technology, Marketing, HR or similar
• Up to two years of post-graduate work life experience
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Previous leadership experiences and/or extracurricular activities are meritorious

• Competency assessment and cognitive test through Assessio (When applying)
• Telephone screening with current Trainee (Week 3, 2025)
• HR-interview (Week 4, 2025)
• Assessment day at the office in Nacka Strand (Week 5, 2025)
• Final interview (Week 6, 2025)
