I serve as General Counsel at Dustin and leads our highly skilled team of nine counsels and privacy specialists. Our core value is win as a team and we have the ‘me for the team’ attitude. Our team purpose is to enable the right business decisions by providing strategic, simple and relevant advice.

Our business  – as well as the team – has steadily expanded since I joined Dustin in 2014 and we are still very much in a transformation phase. My passion is to find ways to work smarter – to improve and keep it simple – and that goes well with the innovative environment within Dustin.

My focus as a leader is to enable each of my team members be their best selves - to use their strengths – and to work as a team – to use each other’s strengths – and grow together.
