This is a temporary position for 1.5 years to cover a maternity leave. We are hiring on a Dustin contract, no self-employed people or consultants. You must be proficient in English and one of our Nordic languages.
Are you our new Event Project Manager, ready to make a significant impact on Dustin’s strategic position in the industry? We’re looking for a social individual to join our international team of Event Project Managers who will plan, execute and follow-up on Dustin's marketing events within our B2B segments in some of our Nordic countries.

Your role & influence as Event Project Manager
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for planning, leading, executing, and following up on marketing events within Dustin's B2B segments in the Nordic countries, ensuring seamless integration of vendor collaboration and joint marketing efforts to generate leads and foster growth while adhering to set time frames, goals, and budgets.
Collaboration: You are the strategic and operative Project Leader and take care of Dustin's events from A-Z, collaborating closely not only with your immediate team members and the Marketing & Brand department but also with other departments such as Sales, Communication, and Sustainability, ensuring that our event strategies align with our organisational goals.
Core activities:
- Accordingly to the Event Marketing & Activity Plan you plan, coordinate, execute, and follow up on marketing events projects.
- Monitor time frames and budgets, ensuring delivery of event brief objectives.
- Prepare and hold presentations related to the events for the project group and stakeholders.
- Research, secure and negotiate agreements with venues and other suppliers.
- Keep up to date with trends to always be one step ahead in the local market.

Additionally, it's important that:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with event planning & management, negotiation, marketing, and communication.
- Technical skills in utilizing event planning tools and project management software.
- Fluent in English and one of our Nordic languages.
It would also be nice if you have some of the following:
- Previous experience working at, or closely with an Event Agency.
- Social skills and a strong network within the local market.
