My name is Tomas Gate, I am the VP Procurement & Vendor Management. As a leader, I believe in teamwork and that we achieve our goals by working together, both within our team and with all stakeholders in the company.

Your role & influence as Procurement Contract Manager

Responsibility: You will be responsible for managing and negotiating indirect procurement contracts, working with various stakeholders to achieve strategic procurement goals and updating and creating the required legal documents to ensure that the indirect procurement process runs smoothly

Collaboration: Together with your team, you will ensure the right levels of procurement contracts with all our suppliers. You will not only work closely with your direct team members but also with the strategic buyers, legal, and sales department within Dustin.

Core activities:

• Managing and reviewing supplier contracts, including negotiating terms and analyzing risks
• Leading the contract phase within the procurement process and identifying and managing deviations, risks, and negotiations
  
• Supporting various departments within the company in better understanding contract information and achieving the best supplier agreements

We see you as a curious and driven individual who is capable of managing contracts, analyzing risks, and providing legal support in a junior legal role, with the ambition to further develop within procurement and supplier management.

Additionally, it's important that:

• You have bachelors degree in law and proven contract law experience
• Experience in providing legal support in procurement processes, preferably with a focus on procurement and category management
• Technical skills in managing supplier contracts and identifying risks
• Excellent command of the English language is essential; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
