Your role & influence as Data Engineer
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for designing, implementing, and managing data solutions on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of Dustin's data platform, ensuring its efficiency and scalability while collaborating closely not only with your immediate team members but also with business departments such as Sales and Finance to drive data-driven decision-making.
Core activities:
- Design and implement data solutions on Microsoft Azure to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Optimize and maintain data pipelines and storage solutions for improved performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues while continuously improving data processes and architecture.

We envision you as a curious, collaborative, confident and driven individual who is passionate about exploring new technologies and methodologies to optimize data solutions. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure services related to data engineering, data processing frameworks like Azure Databricks, and proficiency in SQL are essential for success in this role.
Additionally, it'll be nice if you bring:
- You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like terraform
