As an AV architect at Dustin, you design tailored AV solutions for our customers. You are able to consider multiple factors simultaneously to create complex yet functional designs. Your role is crucial, as your system diagrams form the foundation for our programmers and technicians. You collaborate closely with the sales teams, providing expert solutions and recommendations. Additionally, you participate in projects where your expertise is needed, such as evaluating and developing solutions and documentation.

Your role & influence as AV-Architect

Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for the end-to-end design, coordination, and implementation of innovative and cost-effective audiovisual solutions that align with organizational goals, technical standards, and user experience expectations.

Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of the AV delivery. You’ll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the Sales and Installation departments to ensure seamless solutions from concept to implementation.

Core activities:

• Oversee system integration to ensure all AV components work together seamlessly
• Program and commission AV systems to ensure they operate correctly and meet performance expectations
• Design and plan audiovisual systems based on user needs and technical requirements

Additionally, it's important that you have:

• Over 5 years of hands-on AV experience
• Nice to have: experience with Crestron, D-Tools, Extron, and Q-SYS
• Experience as a technician with programming skills and the ability to design AV solutions
• You have excellent command of the English language; You’ll be working in an international environment with diverse teams
