My name is Alice Eriksson. I am the Manager for Business Control Online & Relation Sales. I think it is important that we have fun at work but also have a mindset where we continuously strive to improve. As a manager, I want to coach, engage, and deliver results. We work closely with the business to help them take well-grounded business decisions and therefore I think it is important to have a mindset that everything is possible. Your role & influence as Business Controller
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for monthly reporting, forecasts, and budgets, while driving financial projects, business cases, and continuously enhancing financial insights, comparability, and reporting structures within the Business control team for Online & Relation Sales
Collaboration: You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the business owners in the organization to ensure alignment and drive business improvement.
Core activities:
- Financial planning & follow-up: Develop and oversee financial plans, tracking profitability and analyzing variances to optimize performance.
- Business Partnering: Close collaboration with several departments within Online & Realtion Sales, with extra focuson Marcom, providing financial insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Continuous improvement: Actively contributing to increase efficiency and improvements of way of working within the Business Control team.

Additionally, it's important that:
- You have a background in finance and accounting, and experience within a similar role.
- You possess solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, and working with KPIs. If you also have experience in marketing that is considered a plus
- You are a team player with a passion for collaboration and high degree of self-leadership
