My name is Carl Command. I am managing the Analytics team, and the hiring manager for this role. As a leader, I thrive to see people develop and grow. I give a lot responsibilty to team, they are the experts, my role is to be there to guide when needed. To make your life easier. Your role & influence as Data Scientist

Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for transforming complex data into actionable insights by developing advanced analytical solutions that support strategic decisions and align with business goals through close collaboration with stakeholders.

Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of delivering impactful, in-house developed AI and machine learning solutions that drive business value. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members in Dustin's AI Lab, but also with Data Engineering and various Business Units to develop Gen AI applications, and translate insights into concrete actions across the organization.

Core activities:

• Performing advanced data analysis and exploration to generate actionable insights for the organization
• Designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and Gen AI models to address business challenges
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with strategic goals and deliver measurable impact.

We envision you as a curious and driven individual who leverages data and advanced analytics to deliver impactful AI solutions aligned with business goals.

Additionally, it's important that you have:

• Experience with at least 1 year in a similar role and a proven track record of bringing machine learning solutions to production
• Technical skills, such as proficiency in Python and SQL
• The ability to work effectively in English, as it is the primary language of communication in our team and company
• Experience developing Generative AI solutions, is a plus
