Your role & influence as an Enterprise Architect
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for driving the technology future of Dustin by proactively developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture across business, data, application, and infrastructure domains.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of ensuring alignment and agility in our technology initiatives. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with business leaders, solution architects, and product teams.
Core activities
- Design & Govern: Develop and maintain enterprise architecture across business, data, application, and infrastructure domains while leading architecture governance and ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Strategic Alignment: Translate business strategies into IT target roadmaps and architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment and agility across teams.
- Drive Innovation: Collaborate with business leaders, solution architects, and product teams, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization, modernization, and innovation.

This is what we imagine you bring
We envision you as a curious and driven individual who thrives on aligning IT with business goals and driving transformational change, with exceptional communication and leadership skills, and a strategic mindset with the ability to think across both business and technology.
Additionally, it's important that you have:
- A bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
- Full professional proficiency in English with Swedish language skills considered a plus.
- Proven experience (around 10 years) as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar strategic role, with strong knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate, or similar frameworks,
- Hands-on experience across multiple technology domains (cloud, integration, data, applications, security).
Nice to Have: Experience with AI transformation initiatives, relevant certifications (TOGAF, AWS/Azure), familiarity with agile and DevOps practices, and a background in ERP systems like AX or Dynamics.
