Take charge of growing the Dell business in Sweden’s commercial segment, driving strategic initiatives, building strong relationships with Dell and Dustin account managers, and making a tangible impact on business development success. Note: This is a temporary contract until February 2027, with the possibility of extension.

- Drive growth of the Dell business by building strong, strategic relationships with both Dell and Dustin account managers
- Identify new business opportunities using Dell data, tools, and leads to actively support commercial sales growth
- Take ownership of driving Dell business growth and creating impactful initiatives that deliver measurable results.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the Dell business and strengthening relationships with our strategic vendor, Dell. You will be part of the vendor management team while working closely with the commercial sales team to develop impactful initiatives that stimulate business growth. Your responsibilities will include building strong connections between Dell and Dustin account managers, identifying new business opportunities, and leveraging Dell’s tools, data, and leads to support commercial sales.
This is a hybrid role, requiring a strong presence both at Dell and at our Nacka office, while also allowing for some remote work. You will occasionally attend Dell events and be involved in larger deals. You will work closely with the vendor manager responsible for Dell, who sets the overall strategy and partnership, while your focus will be on business development.

Your role & influence as Business Development Manager
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for growing the Dell business significantly within the commercial segment in Sweden, driving strategic initiatives and business development with both Dell and Dustin account managers.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of strengthening the relationship with our strategic vendors within Dustin. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments such as Sales, Category Management, and Marketing, aligning on strategic business plans and ensuring the best possible communication.
Core activities:
- Grow the Dell business in the commercial segment
- Act as the bridge between Dustin and Dell account managers
- Work closely with the vendor manager to develop and launch impactful initiatives
