Your role & influence as Head of Back office

Responsibility:  You will be given responsibility for managing all our back-end teams within Customer Operations. You will guide and direct your management team towards achieving set goals and see to that we deliver on all our responsibilities with a mixture of both strategic and an operative approach. You will work to deliver on departmental goals and budget, leading your teams with a coaching and empathetic approach, whilst consistently living by our Dustin values.

Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of delivering on departmental goals and KPIs. You’ll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with a wide range of departments across the business, ensuring seamless collaboration and support throughout the organisation.

Core activities:

• Driving continuous improvement of Back office processes in close collaboration with your management team and other departments.
• Setting and maintaining clear goals and KPIs to ensure strong performance and accountability.
• Providing empowering, transparent, and supportive leadership that fosters a positive and productive team environment.
