Your role and influence as Account Manager
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for guiding our clients through the development of their IT operations, simplifying complex decisions, and ensuring seamless development. Your goal is to establish Dustin as the preferred IT partner for clients by identifying their challenges and offering tailored solutions.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments such as Sales Support and Product Specialists, fostering collaboration to provide comprehensive solutions and superior service to our clients.
Core activities:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, both existing and new, ranging from 150 to 500 employees
- From initiating client meetings to collaborating closely with pre-sales and advanced sales teams, you will drive end-to-end business transactions, maintaining a delicate balance between hardware and service sales

This is what we imagine you bring
We believe you are a curious and driven individual who excels in sales, particularly in solution-oriented approaches, demonstrating an adept ability to manage multiple sales processes simultaneously and strike a harmonious balance between hardware and service sales.
Additionally, it's important that you have:
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Documented track record of driving sales processes from initiation to completion
- Ability to handle a diverse range of products, solutions, and services
- Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a relevant field is advantageous
