My name is Adam Fröman. I am the Manager of Business Control Operations.

Your role & influence as Business Controller
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for Monthly Reporting, Forecasts, and Budgets, while driving financial projects, business cases, and continuously enhancing financial insights, comparability, and reporting structures for our Technology & IT Security area.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of planning & followup and share insights regarding financials of our Tech department; you work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with business owners in the organisation to ensure alignment and drive business improvement.
Core activities:
- Lead Financial planning & follow-up: Develop and oversee financial plans and analyze variances to optimize performance of our IT & Security investments.
- Business Partnering: Close collaboration with several departments within Operations, providing financial insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Continuous improvement: Actively contributing to increase efficiency and improvements of way of working within the Business Control team.

This is what we imagine you bring
We envision you as a curious, driven, motivated and ambitious individual with a hands-on approach, who takes initiative to improve processes and drive meaningful change through strong collaboration and analytical insight in a technology-driven environment. You are proactive and comfortable working in a changing environment.
Additionally, it's important that:
- Master degree in Economics, Industiral Economics or equivalent and a minimum of two years of experience within Business Controlling or a similar roles
- You are a strong team player with experience in stakeholder management and you possess solid experience in financial planning & followup connected to IT related cost, projects and investments.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
- A good command of the English language.
