Your role & influence as Business Controller
Responsibility:
You will take ownership for Monthly Reporting, Forecasts, and Budgets, driving financial projects, business cases, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will be the responsible for keeping this complex area together, ensuring smooth collaboration across sales, offerings, and operations, and delivering actionable insights for decision-making.
Collaboration:
You will work closely not only with your immediate team member but also with key stakeholders across the business, supporting alignment and driving business improvement.
Core activities:
- Financial planning & follow-up: Develop and oversee financial plans, track profitability, and analyze variances to optimize performance, with a special focus on recurring revenues and costs, such as customer subscriptions.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with multiple departments, providing insights to support strategic decisions and the development of future services.
- Continuous improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, structures, and ways of working within the Business Control team.
- Stakeholder management: Take ownership of the overview of this business unit, connect all touch points, and keep the total picture together.

Additionally, it's important that:
- You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Industrial Economics, or equivalent
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Controlling role
- You possess solid experience with recurring revenues and costs, such as customer subscriptions, allowing you to manage complex financial structures
- You have a good command of the Swedish and English language and are located in Stockholm
