The Product Manager role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, holding commercial responsibility for specific product areas at either the regional or group level, depending on where the greatest impact can be achieved. You will drive the assortment and go-to-market approach based on a clear Category Strategy, encompassing Transactional, SMB, Commercial, and Public segments.
This role is responsible for shaping category strategy, managing supplier relationships, and monitoring market performance, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals through strong cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with procurement, sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure category strategies are fully integrated with broader business initiatives. As the primary point of contact for all category and product-related activities, you will coordinate efforts across departments to deliver maximum value.

Your role & influence as Product Manager
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for selected product categories, ensuring the right assortment across all Dustin sales channels while maximizing net sales and gross profit.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of one or more product categories across all Dustin sales channels, driving sales and marketing investments. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team but also with Procurement, Marketing, Vendor Management, and other key stakeholders.
Core activities:
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure strong partnerships, optimal pricing, and marketing investments
- Define and maintain the assortment per segment to meet market demand across all sales channels
- Drive net sales and gross profit through strategic category and go-to-market decisions

- Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, is essential
