Your role & influence as Technical Process Developer
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for designing and continuously improving ITIL-based processes and ITSM workflows, ensuring they align with best practices and Dustin’s strategic goals while driving automation and efficiency across the platform.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of delivering robust ITIL processes and ITSM workflows that enable seamless service operations. You’ll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with Product Owners, Engineering, Service Delivery, Business Operations, and leadership to ensure clear communication, governance, and continuous improvement
Core activities:
Design, implement, and continuously improve ITIL-based processes and related workflows, ensuring alignment with ITIL v4 best practices and Dustin’s strategic objectives
Collaborate with Atlassian Jira/ITSM platform specialists to configure, test, and optimize workflows, automations, and integrations that reduce manual work and enhance efficiency
Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to track process maturity, support governance forums, and drive service improvement initiatives

This is what we imagine you bring
We envision you as a curious and driven individual who thrives on improving processes, enabling collaboration, and turning complex requirements into scalable, efficient solution
Additionally, it's important that:
You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
You have 10-15 years of consultancy experience
You are fluent in English, proficiency in Swedish is a plus
Experience with ITIL v4 processes and frameworks, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request Fulfillment, Knowledge Management, and CMDB
Technical skills in ITSM platforms (preferably Atlassian Jira), workflow design, automation, and integration, along with the ability to establish KPIs and dashboards for performance tracking
