Your role & influence as Software Manager
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for leading and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the Inside Sales Software team, driving revenue growth, executing sales strategies, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in close collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization. In this role, you will also be responsible for building scalable processes and expanding software sales & support knowledge, best practices, and capabilities across markets outside of Sweden.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of driving an outstanding customer experience and strong sales results, and you’ll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments in Offering, Online Sales, Relation Sales, and Operations.
Core activities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Inside Sales Software team, ensuring strong performance, clear priorities, and efficient workflows
Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, driving continuous improvement in revenue, productivity, and conversion rates
Act as a key driver in expanding software sales and support knowledge, best practices, and capabilities across markets beyond Sweden.
Ensure seamless collaboration and communication between Inside Sales Software and cross-functional teams including Offering, Online Sales, Relation Sales, and Operations

Additionally, it’s important that:
You have a bachelor’s degree level of working and thinking
Experience with leading sales teams, preferably within software or IT-related inside sales, including performance management and change leadership
Technical skills and strong software knowledge, with the ability to understand digital offerings, sales tools, and data-driven performance metrics
