Your role & influence as Inside Sales Representative
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for guiding Dustin's customers through their buying journey by providing excellent service and expert advice through our inbound channels
Collaboration: Work closely with your team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Core activities:
Respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails
Provide expert guidance and support to customers
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient processes

Additionally, it's important that:
You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
Experience with sales, customer service, or administrative work (2–3 years)
Technical skills and a strong interest in IT and technology
You are comfortable working in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
