The Hiring Manager for the role is Peter Wedholm, Manager, AV Solutions. As a leader, he works closely with the team in an open environment with a high ceiling and a strong sense of shared responsibility. The team succeeds together, everyone contributes, supports one another, and plays an important role in moving us forward.
Your role & influence as AV Sales Specialist
Responsibility: You will be responsible for managing and developing major enterprise accounts, while also supporting a broader portfolio of customers within our AV business. You play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and driving continued growth within advanced AV solutions.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you proactively work with our key customers and contribute to achieving shared targets. You’ll collaborate closely with the AV team, Delivery specialists, and KAM/AM colleagues to ensure strong customer engagement and successful solution delivery.
Core activities:
Drive sales of advanced AV solutions including MTR, Zoom, Cisco, Google and related technologies.
Build and develop long-term customer relationships, identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
Inspire customers with innovative AV solutions while working closely with internal specialists to ensure high-quality execution.

We envision you as a relationship-driven and curious sales professional with solid experience from the AV industry. You bring strong knowledge of advanced AV solutions such as MTR, Zoom, Cisco, Google and similar platforms, and combine technical understanding with a commercial mindset. You are open-minded, solution-oriented, team-focused, motivated by building long-term customer partnerships and delivering strong results together with your colleagues.
Additionally, it is important if you:
Have experience from the AV industry, preferably working with enterprise customers.
Have strong relationship-building skills and experience in sales or key account management.
Experience with Crestron, Dante or QSC certifications is considered a plus.
