We currently have two open AV Technician positions: one based in Nacka Strand and the other in Gothenburg, giving you the flexibility to join the team at the location that suits you best.

The Hiring Manager for this role is Jerker Andersson, Manager Service Delivery AV at Dustin. Your role & influence as AV Technician
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for installing, configuring, and delivering fully functional audio-visual systems at customer sites, ensuring each solution meets technical specifications, quality standards, and is ready for a smooth handover to the end user or support team.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of delivering high-quality AV installations that meet customer expectations and technical standards. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments Sales, Engineering, and Project Management to ensure smooth project delivery and successful implementations.
Core activities:
Install and configure AV equipment such as displays, speakers, microphones, cabling, and control systems according to project specifications and installation standards.
Test and troubleshoot AV systems to ensure all components function correctly, resolving technical issues during installation to meet quality and performance requirements.
Document and hand over completed installations by updating as-built documentation and coordinating with project teams and end-users to ensure a smooth transition to operation and support.

Additionally, it's important that you have:
High level of independent thinking, structured approach and technical reasoning.
Experience installing and configuring AV equipment such as displays, speakers, microphones, cabling, and control systems.
Ability to read technical drawings, follow installation standards, and strong troubleshooting skills with basic networking knowledge.
A valid driver’s license and fluency in Swedish and English to communicate efficiently with customers and colleagues.
MTR experience and knowledge of AVIXA CTS/CTS‑I or manufacturer certifications (Crestron, Extron, Q‑SYS) are a plus but not mandatory.
