Your role & influence as Business Controller

Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for Monthly Reporting, Forecasts, and Budgets, while driving financial projects, business cases, and continuously enhancing financial insights, comparability, and reporting structures within the Business control team for Operations with special focus on our Managed Services.

Collaboration: You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the business owners in the organization to ensure alignment and drive business improvement.

Core activities: 

• Financial planning & follow-up: Develop and oversee financial plans, tracking profitability and analyzing variances to optimize performance.
• Business Partnering: Close collaboration with several departments within Operations, providing financial insights to drive strategic decisions.
• Continuous improvement: Actively contributing to increase efficiency and improvements of way of working within the Business Control team.

Additionally, it's important that:

• You have a Master’s degree in Economics, Industrial Economics or equivalent
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience within Business Controlling or a similar role
• You possess solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, working with KPIs. If you also have experience from recurring services that is considered a plus
• You are a team player with a passion for collaboration and high degree of self leadership
