Your role & influence as Inside Sales Hardware Specialist
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for driving hardware sales by promoting tailored solutions, managing quotes and bids, and ensuring seamless delivery from first contact to close.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of turning customer needs into winning hardware solutions. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with sales and technical departments to ensure seamless delivery and support.
Core activities:
- Product consultation for customers and colleagues
- Managing the sales pipeline from lead to close
- Acting as the technical bridge between customers, vendors and internal teams

We envision you as a curious and driven individual who thrives on turning customer needs into impactful hardware solutions and building lasting relationships.
Additionally, it's important that you have:
- Experience with inside sales, preferably in IT hardware or technology solutions (at least 3–4 years)
- Technical skills and a keen interest in IT and IoT
- Strong consultative and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both Swedish and English
Nice to have:
- Solid knowledge of computer hardware components, peripherals and current tech trends
- Experience in hardware licenses, mobility products and infrastructure
- Vendor-specific sales or product certifications
