Your role & influence as Invoice Support Coordinator
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for driving a smooth and accurate invoicing process, solving challenges in close collaboration with other teams, and continuously improving ways of working to create an effortless customer experience.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of the invoicing process, working closely not only with your colleagues but also with Sales Specialists and Project Managers to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth customer experience.

This is what we imagine you bring
We’re looking for a curious and driven individual who thrives in structured administrative and invoicing processes, quickly learns new tasks, and collaborates seamlessly across teams, bringing a positive, can-do attitude, strong team spirit, and keen attention to detail.
Additionally, it's important that you have:
- A bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
- Experience with administrative processes, invoicing, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Knowledge of Norwegian will be a plus but not mandatory.
