My name is Susanne Hamrén. I am the Head of Group Financial Control, and as a leader, I strive to create an open, supportive environment where communication, empathy, and trust guide everything we do.
Your role & influence as Group Financial Controller
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for driving quality financial reporting, ensuring data integrity, transparency, and compliance across the Group, while continuously improving our processes and collaborating closely with key departments to strengthen our overall reporting framework.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of turning complex financial data into clear, reliable insights. You’ll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with other departments to streamline workflows, strengthen data quality, and support a unified approach to reporting.
Core activities:
Play a key role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Participate in the preparation of interim reports and annual reports, including the ESEF tagging process.
Lead projects within Group Financial Control, focusing on improving processes, establishing efficient methods, and driving automation initiatives.
Act as subject matter expert in relevant standards and regulation, and be part of the implementation of new standards.
Improve the reporting process, enhance data accuracy and frequency while ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory and stakeholder requirements.

Additionally, it’s important that you have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or another relevant field
A few years of experience from an audit firm, combined with a solid background in financial reporting
Experience with IFRS
Experience leading and participating in projects
A collaborative mindset - you enjoy sharing knowledge and working across teams to find efficient solutions
While the above is important, it’s a bonus if you have:
Knowledge of EU Taxonomy, GHG Protocol, and CSRD/ESRS, as sustainability reporting is an integrated part of Group Financial Control
Experience with the consolidation system Aaro
